How it works
Show us what you have now
Send photos of a van, a uniform, an invoice and your current logo file, plus a sentence on where you want the company in five years. That is enough for a first read.
Get a written brief and a fixed scope
We name the problems that matter (legibility, a name that is hard to say on the phone, a mark that fails at sticker size) and put the work, the order and the cost in writing.
Talk it through with a person
No portals and no intake funnels. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.
A boiler company's brand is seen in strange places: on a white van parked in a laneway, on a sticker inside a mechanical room, on a technician's chest at the front door, and on a phone screen at two in the morning when the heat is out. Boilers.Company designs identities for exactly those places. We name companies and new boiler divisions, draw logos that survive being shrunk to a service sticker, design fleet graphics and uniforms, and plan the changeover so nothing you have earned gets lost.
Why boiler companies need their own approach to identity
A boiler brand has to signal technical competence before anyone has met the technician. Hydronic heating is a considered purchase: homeowners and property managers often get several quotes and look closely at who they are letting into the building.
That changes the design brief in three ways:
- Trust beats novelty. A clever mark that reads as a fast-food logo works against a company selling a system that should run quietly for many years.
- Small sizes matter. Your logo will spend most of its life on a boiler-side service sticker, an invoice header and a Google profile thumbnail, not on a billboard.
- The phone number is part of the brand. On a van, the number and the one-line description of what you do often matter more than the mark itself.
What we design
We cover the five pieces that make up a working boiler-company identity, and you can start with any of them.
- Naming for a new company, a rebrand or a boiler division inside an HVAC firm.
- Logo and visual identity: the mark, colour, type and a short rulebook.
- Vehicle wraps and fleet graphics, from a single van to a mixed fleet.
- Uniforms and crew apparel that survive mechanical rooms and still look sharp at the door.
- Brand rollout: the order in which the website, Google profile, paperwork and vehicles change over.
Each piece is explained on the services overview, with what is included and what we deliberately leave to your suppliers.
Proof from our HVAC work
The clearest example of what an identity can do is a division brand. GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division we built for CANRO Heat. It now serves 26+ BC communities and holds a 5.0★ rating from 76+ Google reviews. Separately, CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth, and CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI with 300+ monthly leads.
None of that came from a logo alone. It came from a name that said what the company did, a consistent look, and marketing that put the brand in front of the right searches. The results page explains what transfers to a new identity project and what does not.
A quick test you can run on your own brand today
You do not need us to find out whether your current identity is working. Stand 15 metres from your van and ask someone who has never seen it three questions:
- What does this company do?
- What is the company called?
- How would you contact them?
If they cannot answer all three in about the time it takes a car to pass, the vehicle is decoration rather than advertising. Do the same with a photo of your logo shrunk to the width of a thumbnail. If the name becomes unreadable, your Google profile and service stickers have the same problem. Our guide to van wrap design walks through the fixes.
The money side, in plain numbers
Identity spending is easiest to judge against the value of a single job. Suppose your average boiler replacement is worth $12,000 and your gross margin on it is 35%, so each job contributes $4,200. If a redesigned fleet costs you $9,000 in design and installer fees across three vans, it pays for itself once it brings in about two extra replacements over its working life.
Those are example figures, so put in your own. The point is that identity work should be judged like any other investment: against the margin on the jobs it helps you win. The pricing page shows the plans and website packages it usually sits alongside.
Who we are
Boilers.Company is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The work is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA in Technology Management, who has 17+ years of experience and has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including several boiler brands. We are a marketing and branding service, not a contractor: we never install, repair or service equipment. Read more about how we work, or see how identity rules differ in each part of Canada on the areas page.
Where to start
If you are naming something new, start with our guide to naming a boiler company. If you already have a name with years of reviews behind it, read about rebranding without losing them. Either way, the quickest route is a short conversation: call, text or email, and send a photo of your van.
Frequently asked questions
What is Boilers.Company?
Boilers.Company is a Canadian brand identity and digital marketing studio for boiler companies. It belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, is based in Vancouver, BC, and is run by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
Do you install or service boilers?
No. Boilers.Company designs and markets the brands of companies that do that work. Nobody on our team installs, repairs or services a boiler.
Can you tell me whether a name is legally available?
We screen names for obvious conflicts, but we do not give legal advice. Before you commit, search the Canadian Intellectual Property Office records and have a lawyer or registered trademark agent review the name.
Do you print the wraps and shirts yourselves?
No. We design them and prepare print-ready files and a written specification. You choose a local wrap installer and apparel supplier, and we can review their proofs before anything is produced.
What does it cost?
Marketing plans start at $2,998 per month and websites at $3,500, plus GST/HST by province (GST and QST in Quebec). Identity work is quoted in writing after a first conversation, and the first 7 days of a plan are a free trial with no credit card.
How long does a full identity take?
A typical naming and logo project takes several weeks of decisions, and the rollout to vans, uniforms and online profiles is planned over a few more. The exact schedule depends on how many vehicles and people are involved and how quickly you approve each stage.
